404 page error submitting pull request on github

I attempted to submit a change on github based on the issue reported here.

However I encountered a few odd things

1) The first more important issue.  I received a 404 page error on github after attempting to submit the code changes.  Can you review and escalate to github if they are having an issue.

 

2) This code does not exist in the PS 1.5 branch, even though it was released in PS v1.5.6.1.  The code does exist in the PS v.1.5.6.1 tag. 

 

Additional Info: I attempted to submit the change to a fork of the PS v1.6 branch, which is where I get the 404 page error.  Since the code does not actually exist in the 1.5 branch, I could not attempt to fix it.
