But it happend with one of my NEW clients. Client put in to the cart "product x" without registration and surf inside the site and added another product "product Y", then he registered and followed the cart steps deleting the "product x". At last he payed only "product y", everything was ok, but mercent recieve order confirmation with "product x" and "product y". The total is calculated for "product y" only with relative shipping cost. finally mercent face to huge confuse to which product have to deliver, Fortunetly paypal guide me to find the correct order. lasantha Posted December 9, 2013 Author Share Posted December 9, 2013 no i didnt installed nothing to override. just hide some lines like "total without tax" in order summary, happened something strange yesterday: in the order mentioned above i delete the additional product from the back end, after that everything messed up by giving me the difference of the two products amount.
