Generate invoice pdv error 502 bad gateway

Prestashop 1.5.6 when i click generate invoice pdf I have error 502 bad gateway on firebug.

 

Anyone know solution?

 

Maybe hosting provider?

1) Try to install a test shop locally.

Clearing cache not work, in shop I also clear cache.

I try chrome,chromium,firefox,IE8,opera the same error.

 

Can I remove /cache/tcpdf folder?

You can remove files from /cache/tcpdf folder (except of index.php), not the folder itself. Anyway, the 502 error is a server error.

I install another prestashop, clean install and it's work.

 

This not working prestashop was upgraded from PS 1.3 to PS 1.5 maybe some files are corrupt. I don't know, any error is showing :/

Ok its working

 

Logo invoices was in jpg, but  it caused an error.

I rewrite this file in gimp and works.
