Ebay module don't register

Recommended Posts

I want to register eBay Module and cannot configure it.
After I fill in user eBay id and click register module on eBay, appears eBay window with authentication form
I finished authorization process from ebay and got message below:
Thank You
Authorization successfully completed.
It's now safe to close the browser window/tab.

But my module is not configured.

See the photo added.

It stays on this screen.

Is there an option to remove everything from ebay and prestashops database to start all over again?

thanks.

Hi Queenfan.nl;

I have the same problem and I would like to solve it as soon as possible.

My version is Presta 1.5.6 and the version is 1.6.1 eBay Marketplace.

Thanks for the collaboration,

Joan

Hello,

we have bought the module "Modulo EBAY REVOLUTION basic".

Plesase notive that module can you not buy in the regulare prestashop for addons. This module is not cetrificate from prestashop.

we have a PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.1 and use some certificate addons from prestashop.

But when we install the don't certificate module EBAY Revolution Basic" the shop don't work normal and we have on all pages a white page "error"

We have tell the developer and they tell use every time any news ablut logs on the server they need ionecube. it is install on our server. We have find no solution, that we can us this module. So we have tell shop.prestilia.it. That we can't use the module and ask them please pay the money for the module back. But they don't give me the money back.

Please contact me for more informations

I had the same issue. The problems was I put my email instead of the ebay ID in the module configuration page (in my case the ID was the shop name and not the email) - after putting the correct ID everything worked fine.

'Somethimes the server doesn't allow filepermission 777, just change the complete directory ebay with subdirectories and files to 755 and it will (could) work. I'm working with prestashop 1.6 and ebay 1.6.6'

Hi there, can anyone tell me where I have to go to do this.  I'm a complete beginner so try to start at the start please.

Thanks
