Order Process Steps- Required Configuration

                                                   I'm working on my website. Actually, I need the steps of the order in my website is to exactly like the attachment attached below.

 

                                                   Please reply me asap where to edit to make the steps looks like this as I don't need right hook n left hook. All Orders should be centred process.

 

                                                  Desperately waiting for your replies please do help me.
