Localization tabs not available to edit

Hi, everything was working well until the host server had a breakdown @ crazy domains, now I can access the Localization tab and confirm the Australian file has been downloaded and installed, however when I try to edit Languages, zones, countries, states, currencies, tax and tax rules I just get a blank page and nothing loads at all ( no menu, just a plan blank page)

 

Anyone got any ideas out there on how I can "switch" these tabs back on

 

As I say everything else on the shop is working fine

OK worked out to change the file with text edit, and uploaded. when trying to access the zone file I get this report:
