Radu
maybe you can reinstall the english language to see if it fixes the problem
Studio1one
maybe you can reinstall the english language to see if it fixes the problem okey? But I can not understand how that will solve the problem? We did a new fresh 1.5.5.0 installation and its the same with that, so its a 100% prestashop issue not any extended module or template. So we can not be the only one who has this problem? Even if I bring in the english again, the issue is the same when I go into swedish to translate my email template and then click save. everything goes away like in the picture above. //Patrik
Dolke
This error is similar that Im getting now in my 1.5.4.1 PS.I checked with the hosting provider and this is not on their side nor it is some permission issue...You can manually translate email template through FTP. Just navigate to /public_html/mails/ end under your language folder (I'm guessing SE) you should find your templates. This is a way to override the issue. Why this issue happens is most likely explained here >http://addons-modules.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1919I hope someone else will comment so we can see if this is really a bug or not. vekia
if you will install lagnuage again (localization > localization) installator should create these directories, maybe then you will not have issues.
Dolke
Like Vekia said, for some unknown reason there are no directories created so re installation of a language should fix the issue. Still its a bug and seems like nobody fixed it.
