Problem registering new account overseas address

Hi

 

Got word from a new customer in Australia that no shipping carrier was being displayed (any help with this would be appreciated, too), but in trying to figure out the problem, I registered a new account at my site, and tried to register an address in Australia, but it would only let me select UK as a country option.

 

Any clues as to why that would be? I've selected that the website is available in all countries in the back office preferences.

I set them all enabled, and can now register an address overseas, and when I do a test with this delivery address, it gives me the carrier option for shipping. Just have to wait to see if it works for the customer.

 

I obviously didn't do this when I first set up the shop. Surprised I overlooked this, as everything else was so smooth.
