I got this error message when setting up a new group: Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User pca******2 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections I'm using cloud Prestashop.   2. Hey Having frequent intermittent problems loading the back office, and sometimes store front at the moment, anyone else? Sometimes I can get the dashboard, but can't open the products page. I'm getting: The premsig.pswebstore.com page isn’t working premsig.pswebstore.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 Sometimes the front office will give this result too, but if I reload a couple of times, the website might be displayed. Anyone else having this problem? It possibly started when I set up a cart rule for a product, but may be coincidence. My website is www.premsig.com, if anyone can check for problems. Cheers Mark
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. It wasn't, but i just turned on maintenance mode then switched it off again. Don't know if that fixed anything, but it's working now.
  4. Hey My store was closed for a while so I had catalog mode on. I've just reopened, so I turned catalog mode off, and now I can't open my site. I hadn't checked the store over the last month, but pretty sure it was working, because I had some questions about products from a couple of customers in the last 24 hours. The store is at www.premsig.com Can anyone see any indication why it shouldn't be working? Thanks Mark
  5. I have this problem, too. Any solution? The top button goes through to PayPal, the bottom button returns an error. I can't disable express checkout. When I do and save, express is selected again automatically.

  8. Any help on this? I tried looking through the webservice documentation, but it's doing my head in, especially as the first couple of steps don't seem to work for me for some reason. I need to get forms in my CMS html files. The code for this in my self-hosted PS store was: <form action="/cgi-bin/formmail/formmail.pl" method="POST"> What do I need to do to get forms working with the cloud version? Please help!
  9. Hi Migrating my self-hosted store to the cloud. Some of my CMS files have formmail forms for customers to enter details and mail them to me. I've tried using the same code on the cloud version, but when I hit save it says "The content field is invalid." It is the form code that is the problem, as when I remove it it's accepted. Does formmail work with the cloud version? Or is there another way to insert forms into CMS HTML files? Thanks for any help, I'm a novice!
  10. Hey Complete novice. My regular store is offline right now due to errors introduced when upgrading. Is there an easy way to transfer my store to a cloud version? Can I import the products (no CSV), or copy MySQL database over from the old store? Thanks Mark
  11. I have the same problem. I upgraded from 1.5 something to 1.6.0.14 with one click upgrade, and just got a 500 error when I checked the website (www.premsig.com). I didn't have time or experience to figure it out, so used rollback to go back to a 1.5 version. Had a bunch of errors, so then backed up from my previously working version (just files, now I think of it. Would any databases be affected?), but still not working correctly: 1. Can't edit CMS files. I edit the html and the preview window looks fine. Save the CMS and it reverts to original html. 2. Can't edit products. I edit the product's description and save, get error: "Products must be in at least one category. This product must be in the default category.". Product is already in a category. Go to Associations, do nothing, click save, and it says update successful. Check on website page, no edit done. 3. Customer log in page goes to redirect loop. That's all I've found so far, but sure there's plenty more. Think what I need to do is a reinstall. How do I go about saving my products and inserting them into the clean install? Can modules also be saved as-is, or would I have to reinstall and reconfigure them all? Complete novice, please help
  12. No, that's not the problem. I have the carrier's tracking URL set up under shipping/carriers. The URL I'm using works fine when I use it in a browser with the @ replaced by the tracking number. The problem I'm having is that when I enter the tracking number under the shipping section of the order page in the BO, the customer is automatically emailed an "In Transit" email, but the link is not being displayed, as in the original post.
  13. Hi Have searched the forum, but haven't found a solution yet. When I enter a tracking number, using v1.5.3.1, my customer is sent an email, but this email does not have the link. It just says: Your order with the reference XXXXXXXX is currently in transit.. You can track your package using the following link: You can review your order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop. I only use one carrier, Royal Mail, and have set up the tracking URL as http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/[email protected], which I think is correct. When I paste this into my browser with a tracking number instead of @ it works fine. Anyone know how I can get this to work correctly? Thanks Mark
  14. I set them all enabled, and can now register an address overseas, and when I do a test with this delivery address, it gives me the carrier option for shipping. Just have to wait to see if it works for the customer. I obviously didn't do this when I first set up the shop. Surprised I overlooked this, as everything else was so smooth.

Hi Got word from a new customer in Australia that no shipping carrier was being displayed (any help with this would be appreciated, too), but in trying to figure out the problem, I registered a new account at my site, and tried to register an address in Australia, but it would only let me select UK as a country option. Any clues as to why that would be? I've selected that the website is available in all countries in the back office preferences.   21. I used <div id="short_description_content" class="rte align_justify">{$product->description}</div> And this works for products that already have a short description. For these products, the long description is now where the short description was. For products that didn't have a short description, nothing has changed. The short description is still blank, with the long description under "other info".
  22. Uh, it did sort of work, see my message #4. Is there a way of making it work even if there is no short description for the product?
