eMail: mail provider says: no autentication

Recommended Posts

Although I've tried all encryption modes (ssl, tls) there is a problem with sending mails to some eMail Adresses.

For some eMail receivers addresses I get an error eMail with the following error-code:

"551 This mail server requires authentication before sending mail from a locally hosted domain. Please reconfigure your mail client to authenticate before sending mail."

I've tried using ssl and tls encryption - both doesn't work.

If I send the testmail for example to a google eMail account it works!?

Strange...?

Thanks...
