Module could not be loaded

Recommended Posts

I have the following errors after hours of configuring with PrestaShop.

The following module(s) could not be loaded:
  1. [tmpics] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'
  2. [tmpics] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'

I did not delete anything.  I just added a new Item to the TM Nivo Slider and click save when the above error appear.  Also the Slider is gone from my online store.

Next I tried to configure module tmpics by changing the slide Url and click save and a new error message appears :

  1. [tmpics] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'
  2. [tmpics] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'
  3. [tmpics1] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'
  4. [tmpics1] Error found in config file: EntityRef: expecting ';'

What is wrong with my tmpics and tm nivo slider?

Hi Nemo, i have another issue regarding this slide URL.

My product webpage url is index.php?id_product=12andcontroller=productandid_lang=1.

I copied the above url to the slide url when i configure tm nivo slider. I go to my webstore and click on the TM Nivo Slider that is displaying my product, however the webpage did not change and go to my product page.  May i know why is this the case?  How can i resolve this issue?

My product webpage is index.php?id_product=12&controller=product&id_lang=1

I changed to index.php?id_product=12andcontroller=productandid_lang=1, module saving ok.

if i changed to index.php?id_product=12&ampcontroller=product&ampid_lang=1 as what you mentioned to use "&amp", I cannot save the TM module.

  • 1 month later...

Due to issues with automatically log out of admin page and missing gif images in my admin page, i have requested hosting company to reinstall prestashop and restore my database and theme after installing prestashop.  The result is that i have missing TM NivoSlider module.  How do i get that module back?
