[SOLVED] Adding borders and add to cart on featured products

I only have the default template, can i add borders and add to cart buttons on the featured products?

yes you can add broders to the add to cart button

 

just define border param in:

#featured-products_block_center li .ajax_add_to_cart_button {
}

for example:

#featured-products_block_center li .ajax_add_to_cart_button {
border:10px solid red;
}
