your list of clients is not accurate... they are hosted either on Uk2net or HOSTMONSTER.COM according to http://whois.domaintools.com/cineultima.com

plenty of companies do hosting, theres such little margin in it its really not worth selling it unless its part of a build or you can sell massive amounts of it.

My company has its own nameservers and host ns1.katmatcreations.com and ns2.katmatcreations.com.

Yes many of us have hosting services. The demo service on our servers was changed slightly yesterday.

The services we offer are good value and yes some are more expensive than others. My hosting is excellent and I have the clients to prove it.

My clients are correct!!!! As for my clients.... Check the sites out....

I reserve the right to change my demo servers as much as I want to I`m afraid. The changes made yesterday were needed to make way for other projects.

I have sites hosted with client builds on other hosting companies. I think that is a client decision and not up to me. I do bundle hosting as above with projects.

But if you need hosting then by all means give it a go. Please see ameded lins above.

If you was to sign up through our portal system you would get our name servers to use. Unfortunately not all clients want to host on your own servers when they have a project as they 9 times out of ten have thier own already setup.....

Little Duck, of course you have the right to close your whole website at any time without prior notice... not only your demo

But to convince people to buy or subscribe to your service is hard when you have just a website with 07 mobile number. no address, no company address, no address or mention of where your datacenter is (most people like me, do not want they data lying in someone's bedroom, they want to make sure that the data is located in specific datacenter and under certain security - I mean physical security).

And at least to be a limited uk company (which i guess is not the case with you?), you probably have the best service, but i am still not convinced to subscribe. sorry

Why do you insist on branding my services in this way. I am frankly annoyed that you have the nerve to slate me like this on this forum. I am not hurting you. Please go somewhere else and harass people. There is no need for this treatment of me and my services by you.

For your information I am not a "bedroom" operation. I have a staff of 20 + people working with me here and we take great pride in our sites and projects. I have worked long and hard and dont need the likes of you harassing me in this manner. and ho siad anything about closing my site.. Why would I do that. Are you really that nasty? I am not talking about the law , of course you can operate as sole trader in the uk it is totally legal and good, I am talking about business owners' fear of webhosting when things are not black and white.
You offered me your service, and this is my way to say, no thank you, because i dont know where my clients' private data is ganna be located and no mention to any datacenters and security.
Why do you people get offended from honest opinions? In the end of the day you are not a charity and you need to charge people money to make living, and in order to achieve that, you have to give them not only a service that they pay for, but information that would make the relaxed that they data is secured.
Take my comments in a positive way, and maybe that would give you the right push towards improving your setup!

As I understand it you have to state your company name and registered address. There is no such thing as a company that is not a limited company. The options are Plc, Limited Company, LLP and Sole Trader. If you are a sole trader you have to say who your really are as well as what you are trading as. Sadly too many service providers seem to be ignoring the law.

Look jsut what is the problem.. I am a freelancer along with the rest of my team. Waht exactly is the problem here. We have many happy clients and give good value honest service. I dont see what the problem is?????

Take a look at most hosts like www.heartinternet.com and www.uk2.net or www.webfusion.com. Most dont dispaly company info on teh front of site etc. Why are you singling us out here. A little unfair I think..

They do have full information about their business, who they are, and where they are, and how they can be contacted,by phone,email,and POST. in addition to their registration number.

They might be brilliant, or might be bad, i dont know them, but i could tell that they have implemented best practices (ITIL) that means they do follow change management procedures, full itil operations procedures (backup and maintenance). They have release press releases about their datacenters in London and the States and how fast and secure they are.
the above is enough to convince me that they are serious people.

You dont want to hear about it, because whenever we say something, you claim that we are offending you, or your image is hurt, and start crying... I told you before, use our word and comments to enhance what you have, to make it better and up to scratch and dont hide behind you finger.

You offer me a service, and that means my online shop with be sitting on your computer.
Do i know where the data is located, how secure, who has access to it, if you do physically exist, could i send you a xmas card? No. you could disapear in one day, switch off that 077 mobile and turn off your computer and i will be sitting crying without my online shop. What i am saying that you are not ready to convince me to take your service even if you offer me free trial.

In order to take a service (and yes this is serious because these shops that we run are our bread and butter)... i need to know more about you, the same as uk2.net show info about them.

So please stop saying that we are not being fair and use the time to improve what you have and i would support you with that.

-I just hate it when someone comes with ideas to market things in this forum that are not ready to make proper business. and i have fallen in that trap before when i bought things from prestaworks.com and few others that do market heavily here, and what ever modules they sold were total crap full of bugs and they dont do anything about them, it was hit and run business...
-I have tried other hosting provider that did advertise here and they shut down the business all of a sudden and i lost my shops... how bad that is...
