Trouble configuring shipping.

I have added the USPS module and configured it.  And I got the message Connect to USPS is configured and online!.  I also edited the shipping tabs in the back office.  However when I add an item to my cart and attempt to checkout I get an error: No carrier is available for this selection.

 

What am I doing wrong?  Is there something I am missing?

i'm having the same issues with my USPS module.

 

The configuration is correct. However, when I try to process a sample transaction,

 

1. the disabled carrier services are in the dropdown,

2. I have to select the preferred carrier multiple times,

3. When I get to the page to accept the term, the preferred carrier does not appear "

There is 1 error

1. There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.
