What IMHO ps is best in class for localization albeit at the country level. Perfect storm for those that sell in more than one country. Even more so because you can multiplex single content across countries (SEO). TIP2: don't change anything in your native prestashop that is not in your themes folder. I agree. like foursquare badges. as you know, customers can be "unusual".... this one told us this feature "looks like a kids feature"...
