owondergem Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 Hello, I recently downloaded Stripe but I can't get it to work. The module is installed however it doesn't appear at checkout on my google Chrome browser: "No payment method is available for use at this time". However when I use Firefox the module appears and I can run a test. I'm not sure what's happening, any help will be greatly appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Registered Country US Did you set up the Stripe country restrictions for this? can you show a screen shot of the following: back office-->modules->payment also, the module requires ssl I installed it on my test machine, without ssl, the currencies then were not shown as eligible. I hope the module opens up to other currencies. The PrestaShop community manager stated that it would be supporting 'other' currencies in the future. Stripe does support more than USD. I would regularly check for that upgrade either from your back office or the add-on's website as they are supposedly actively working on this.
