curtisblackwell Posted August 30, 2013 Share Posted August 30, 2013 On my site, when someone sends an email with the contact form and they choose customer service as a contact, it doesn't send an email. I see the email in the BackOffice, but it doesn't send anything. I have verified the email address set for customer service in Customers > Contacts.
