benjamin utterback Posted August 27, 2013 Share Posted August 27, 2013 Okay cool, make sure to have a backup of your database and PrestaShop files and then toggle the Redirect Canonical URL on or off and try it. Also, try and delete the smarty cache and regenerate the htaccess. Are you on a fast CGI shared server? If so, you may have a problem with the mod-rewrite.
