Cannot connect to prestashop.com to get language list. (Translation) & Cannot parse feed. (Currency)

Hi,

Few websites (1.5.4.1, 1.4.7.3, 1.4.8.2 & 1.5.3.1) that i developed & hosted within the same server by my hosting company, all websites facing the this problems. Thing work fine from the beginning and now everything seem not working fine.

1) in (Translation)

"Cannot connect to prestashop.com to get language list. " or "Cannot connect to prestashop.com"

2) when want to update the currency rates , return

"Cannot parse feed."

i think there must be some thing to do with the hosting company re-setting something. anyone can advice?

our server configuration :

Curl is installed.
safe_mode is not activated.
register_globals is not activated.
allow_url_fopen is activated.
SimpleXML enabled
allow_url_fopen On On

for example, while you trying to update currency rates open browser console, then network tab

you will see there:

it looks the same? + have you got any error messages there (when you click on these urls > response)?

Hi vekia,

thanks for reply, i attached with the screenshot of the admin page after pressed the update currency rates button.

from the above screenshot compare with yours, 1 index.php file is missing and the method also looks wrong.
