There is a bug in the Product class. I have created an override that should fix the issue for you.

 

Copy the attached file to your /override/classes folder. If you already have a Product.php override file, then you need to merge the contents of both files.

I don't have any product.php override file, so I added the one you send me, but didn't fix the problem.

oh, try to delete the file class_index.php located within the cache folder. Then refresh the page and try again.

I follow your instructions as you directed but still not working.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong!!!!

I've deleted the class_index.php located within the cache folder. I wasn't sure which page should I refresh so I refresh the the tax page also the product page. And I got the same error.

it looks and sounds like you did everything properly. are you getting the same exact error still, or perhaps it is a different error?
