Styling categories block

Hi all,

 

i am using prestashop 1.5 and i am trying to customise categories block for a new theme using twitter bootstrap but i got some troubles.

 

attached snapshot for my new category block but 3rd level menu not working and while mouse over on the first 3 items no submenus appear !!

 

i don't where is the problem exactly, please help me solving this problem.

without an access to the shop is hard to say

cases like this are strictly related to the css / js

so url to shop will be really helpful

i checked it, here is the sreenshot:

 

 

in the code there is no 3rd category.

 

check module configuration (modules > blockcategories)

 

there is a field to define the "depth" of the menu categories, maybe you have there "2" ?

i checked it and the maximum depth for the sub levels is "4" !!

the first item from the block category with a sub level, you can see that in the code from this attached image : http://cl.ly/image/2h2n1d1f0A3O

 

is it may be a javascript problem?

i checked your website code carefuly, there is no additional subcategories tree :/

Just checking, but is the category that gives problems 'Active'? (catalog->categories. No X in column 'Displayed'? )
