manishp100 Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 Hi All, Can anyone help me with this, I have watched videos and read forums but this somehow isn't working for me. I have added in the URL for the Shipping>Carrier pages but when I change the order status to 'Shipped' on the Order Page there is not Tracking Box that appears on the page? Please see the images attached to see where I am at. Can anybody help and point out anything that I might not have done? This is a problem which has bugged me for a while now and as this is a live ecommerce website taking in orders I want to try and have this fixed asap, at the moment I have a email template set up where I just enter the Tracking Code into and send this to them but obviously this would be much better if I can simply have it entered into a box and Prestashop can do the rest.
