bestman68 Posted July 24, 2013 Share Posted July 24, 2013 Hello everybody, I just installed a fresh prestashop-application on my server - version 1.5.4.1 - and bought a responsive template ('bestchoice' from themeforest) and installed it, everything seemed to be fine. When I checked my site in mobile devices, like my iPhone, I figured out, that it shows off the standard mobile version, which comes with the prestashop-system itself and not the responsive version of my template. I disabled this option in the admin-panel -> Preferences > Themes. Also I cleared the safari-cache of my iPhones, so it's definitely a system-problem. Anybody an idea how to fix this, or maybe an advise, where I have to look in the prestashop-files to work on the code? Thanks alot for your time! vekia Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 unfortunately no, there is no mobile redirection moreover, just take a look here: http://mobile.instalacioneshidraulicas.mx/ it looks like you've got some additional application? it's hard to say, maybe somewhere on your webhosting control panel you've got option to turn it off ? bestman68 Posted July 25, 2013 Author Share Posted July 25, 2013 Yes this is what I also figured out, that this mobile-version has obviously nothing to do with the standard mobile theme of PS ... and up to now I dont know where this version is coming from ... you think maybe it's from my server? http://mobile.instalacioneshidraulicas.mx/mx/ just causes an error in my iPhone and in my PC ...
