[RESOLU] Bon de livraison et Facture vide

Bonjour,

J'ai un gros soucis sur PS 1.5 (à jour). Quand un client paye une commande, parfois le bon de livraison et la facture ne contiennent aucun article, mais les prix sont bien affichés.

Merci de votre aide, c'est très gênant car je dois tout refaire tout le temps !

Non, c'est très bizarre. J'utilise souvent Presta et c'est la première fois que je vois ça, je ne trouve pas de cas vraiment similaire.

 

Presta est configuré en multi-boutique. L'erreur survient quand un client valide son panier et son paiement (peut importe la méthode cb, chèque etc...), le BL et la facture PDF sont parfois vides de tous articles. Il reste cependant les calculs mais plus aucun produit !

Si encore l'erreur survenait à chaque fois, mais ce n'est pas le cas, cela survient dans 10% des commandes environ.

Bizare,

 

Il faut regarder si la table ps_order_detail est bien remplie dans phpmyadmin pour ces commandes (id_order). Et il faut regarder les logs serveurs d'Apache juste après ces commandes problématiques car il y a surement une erreur soulevée lors de l'insertion dans cette table par la Classe PaymentModule.php, essayez de trouver des logs relatifs à ce fichier aux heures de commandes sans produit.

 

A priori cela vient du module de paiement la plupart du temps.

Effectivement, en reprenant le # de la commande et en la recherchant dans la base, je n'ai aucune ligne dans la table ps_order_detail. Pour les paiements, j'utilise juste un module "CMCIC Paiement sécurisé" en version 1.6 de CS Internet (module payant). Après analyse, toutes les commandes honorées par virement sont corrects; seules celles payés par CB semble avoir ce bug. Je ne peux pas être catégorique sur les virements, car j'en ai qu'une 10ène sur 100 commandes mais ça semble être un début de piste héhé !

Merci Gregory,

 

j'ai contacté la boîte qui fait le plugin (au passage hyper simpa !). Sa conculsion est que, parfois, le retour de validation de la banque est long, donc dépasse le max_execution_time autorisé. La solution consiste a modifier cette variable dans /config/config.inc.php et ajouter 

ini_set('max_execution_time', 0);

en ligne 41 (le # de ligne peut changer en fonction de votre propre configuration).

 

Je procède à ce changement et je te fais un retour de patch d'ici 10 à 15 jours.

Bonsoir !

 

Je reviens vers vous pour le retour d'info. Bien que j'ai augmenté le temps d'exécution des scripts, cela ne change rien :( .

Mon client commence sérieusement à s'énerver et c'est tout à fait compréhensible de sa part.

 

J'ai donc depuis nos derniers échanges fait un log des évents côté apache. Aussi, il semble que cela touche maintenant que certains articles d'un panier à une commande :

On voit très nettement qu'il n'existe plus que les 2 premiers articles dans la commande depuis le panier.

On peut noter qu'un NOTICE concernant le paiement est présent à 19:24:39, mais cela n'affecte qu'une partie de la commande, je doute donc que le bug soit lié au paiement dorénavant.

Il a beaucoup de soucis là, il faudrait faire le ménage, entre le cache du block des catégories, le module blockcustomerprivacy.

 

En tout cas il faut mailer à cette personne

Bonjour,

J'ai le même problème de facture vierge ou incomplète.

Hier ma cliente a eu une commande de 4 produits et seulement 2 apparaissaient sur la facture...

 

J'ai installé ton module et les produits réapparaissent dans la facture... Je suis curieux de savoir d'où viens le problème. J'utilise le même module de paiement CIC je pense.

 

En tout cas merci de ton aide.

Mais de rien. Le module est un truc qui fonctionne très bien pour moi, donc a faire attention, ce n'est pas un truc commercial. D'ailleurs c'est pour ça que je le donne ^_^

 

Son fonctionnement est simple : quand tu ouvres une commande, il contrôle le nombre de produits dans le panier et dans la commande. Si c'est différent, il relit le panier et ajoute les produits dans la commande.

Bonjour,

J'ai fait un transfert de mon ancien site via cart2cart.

Les commandes ont été correctement transférées mais la numérotation des factures commence à "0".

Comment faire pour réajuster cela ?

Commande<facture<option de facture, je le change au n° de la commande actuelle mais il ne veut rien savoir !

Bonjour

je refais un petit Up ici pour tenter d'avoir de l'aide car je suis toujours avec mon probleme de facture vide

 

j'ai posté mes probleme ici :

Pdf invoice body are empty ! et ici Facture pdf vide

Mais a ce jour je n'ai toujours pas résolu mon probleme de facture sans corps

le bl en pdf fonctionnent , pour les factures  pdf la partie centrale est complétement vide !

j'ai tout essayé ce qui pouvait exister dans les posts sans réussite ....
 

Est ce quelqu'un pourrait donner une piste ou un coup de main SVP ?

Bonjour,

 

Je pense que votre problème est bien différent du patch que je propose. Je commencerais par regarder le débug; je penche sur une erreur PHP qui stop la création de blocs dans le PDF.

J'ai PS 1.5.6.2,

 

J'ai aussi ce soucis, mais aussi pour les bons de livraison ...

 

Dans mes factures et Bons de Livraison j'ai bien les totaux des prix mais aucunes lignes de produits ...

 

J'ai installé le fix mais c'est toujours pareil ...

 

Apparement cela serait intervenu après l'installation de modules :

- Abandon de panier

- Bloc newsletter

- Ma newsletter et mes statistiques

- Prestablog

- SEO (Référencement)

- SIRET et groupe de clients

 

en désactivant tout c'est toujours pareil ...

 

Faut-il que je désinstalle tout pour voir ?

 

A part abandon de panier, je ne vois pas ce qui peut intervenir sur la liste des commandes ...

@Centaure, votre problème semble bien plus complexe que la simple disparition des lignes.

Il faudrait une étude approfondie pour déterminer la cause et agir en conséquence. Je vous invite à me contacter en message privé si toutefois vous ne trouvez pas de solutions.

j'ai trouvé d'où vient le problème ...

 

En fait c'est le module RAZ qui est censé supprimer les commandes et clients de tests par exemple,

c'est à partir du moment où je l'ai utilisé que mes factures et BL étaient vides !!!

 

Du coup, je ne l'utilise plus ;-)

 

J'ai trouvé la liste des tables mysql à vider pour repartir sur une boutique vierge ...

Bonjour, j ai le même soucis mais j'ai la version 1.6.0.5 et votre fix ne fonctionne pas dessus :/

 

J'ai bien le montant total mais mes produits ne s'affichent ni sur les factures ni sur les BL. pourriez vous m'aider svp?

Bonjour ,

 

J'ai aussi ce problème, j'utilise le multiboutique mais pas la gestion de stock avancé .

La seule solution que j'ai trouvé c'est de vider chaque jour le cache de smarty , et ainsi je n'ai plus ce bug .

 

J'utilise le module de samda pour vider le cache , quand il arrive à + 150 mo , les commandes bugs

Bonjour Lecanus,

 

Je rencontre depuis peu le même problème sous prestashop 1.5.3

Les commandes règlées en CB ne se rempllissent plus alors que le panier est bien complet. Pour les autres modes de paiement cela fonctionne parfaitement.

Nous souhaiterions tester votre module afin de corriger notre problème.

Pourriez vous le remettre en ligne svp.

Essayez ce que j'ai proposé quelques posts plus haut (accessible directement via https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/260747-resolu-bon-de-livraison-et-facture-vide/?p=1514739 )

 

C'est assez étonnant de constater que seul les CB sont impactées; mais bon. Si ça ne fonctionne pas mieux, c'est peut être dû au plugin des CB. A tester !  ;)

Bonjour

Je dispose de la version Presta 1.6.1.14 j'ai installé votre module, mais quand je clique sur afficher la commande le site tourne en rond et n'ouvre pas le détail de  la commande. Pouvez vous m'aider svp à résoudre ce problème
