Peter Wilson Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 Upon further discussion, we've decided that Captcha increases shopping-cart abandonment due to all the hurdles one has to jump through just to create an account. We believe Captcha is effective for forum sign-up, but much less so for e-commerce account creation.
