I just need to take the line out that says a tracking number will be provided as we do not provide tracking numbers. How do I edit this shipped email? Thank you! Kent88z Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 To manually edit the html code of your email templates go to this folder prestashop/mails/en/ assuming you use English. The shipped email template is shipped.html. Might as well edit the text version at the same time. You should make backup copies of the orginal files before making edits.
