Urgent Help :How to find Voided order?

Hi everyone,

 

Lately , I've been noticing there is bug on the back office .

 

Usually when a customer purchased something , the system will automatically says' " Payment accepted "

 

However I found some of orders says " Voided Order" But the payment went through authorized,net

 

There isn't no way to search " Voided order" until my customer called me and provided order #

I have also experienced this in one of my Prestashop installations (v. 1.4.7.3)

 

Possible solution in the link below. In short: Upgrade the Swift Mailer Library, or preferably the Prestashop.

@dxy2jbaby Please, let us know if solution posted by Carlsen works for you.

I know that this is old version of prestashop, but believe me - still many users use it in production! So im convinced that your information about it will be really helpfull for other members with similar issue
