zing Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Hi, Is there something broke in the module or in my shop as my customers don't get the tax excluded from their purchases? I've enabled the European VAT number module in my shop and configured it to country Finland and tried the purchase process my self with valid EU VAT number but no avail. The number is accepted but the tax is not excluded at the end. The purchase still includes tax. What am I doing wrong? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
