Hello,

I've installed the facebook ps shop tab, buyed from addons.prestashop, on prestashop 1.5.4 platform.

I follwed all the steps from the pdf file.

Installed the ssl certificates, and all apperead to be ok.

But when i enter in facebook page, if i say no to the gate fan:

https://www.facebook...318198614973945

if i say yes, the will be just a blanc screen...

Can you help me and say where i did something wrong?

Thank you.

I don't know. If i enter from my personal facebook account ( i am the administrator), or from the user i created initially for shop, i can see it. But, yes, when a i enetr from another user, it isn't there.

If i click that link i can see that:

1. in firefox - i can enter, but there are no images, and everything is a mess

2. in internet explorer, it say that it is a problem with a certificate ( it doesn't say which), but if i click ok, the is working very well

3. in chrome, same thing like firefox.

I just don't understand. In module configuration from prestashop, it say everything is ok.

I reinstalled again, step by step after i installed the ssl certificate ( recommended by the author of the module), with the fix ip.

And ... the same.

maybe it help one message from the facebook ( if i click the message from product page: Warning: http://www.decorativ-art.ro/index.php?id_product=9&controller=product&id_lang=1 is unreachable.).

If it helps the online shop is: http://www.decorativ-art.ro/index.php

I enabled it form some moment...

Sorry for the mess there: i am absolutely new on that , and before i begun inserting the products i want to be everything ok... but it seems to be a very far thing...

It has some tips, but nothing about the apps itself...just that i must have an apps. I thougt it is enough to create one, but seems that it a problem: i do have to make a lot of changes, images, policyes to be in my online shop.

Well, i'll take step py step, and see where are we going.

I will stay in touch..

Well, it's necessary. I create facebook apps, i've got some expirence with this and i must said that it is better to fill out all important fields in app configratuion. Facebook team usually blocks app without privacy policy, without terms of use (for all of this check: Apps -> YOUR APP -> App Details)

check also this page for:

this was my conclusion, and i succeded to send for review. meanwhile it's working.

but i do have one problem:

i did in footer a privacy policy link, the text is ok, but seem that facebook doesn't accept links like: http://www.decorativ-art.ro/index.php?id_cms=6&controller=cms&id_lang=2 ( for my policy). So, i gave a link to another page, not from my site, with the same text: http://veerkay.com/footer_page/6 , from one forum ( the solution camed from veerkay itself).

It's working, but, it is possibly to have problems? and how do i should gve the right link for my site to be accepted by facebook?

They (fcb team) usually send a warning - after that you've got some time (one month / 2 weeks) to update settings. I also use external policy urls to my apps, all my applications use the same url (both for privacy policy and terms of use) and everything works fine :)
