Searched google for solutions but nothing worked. Here is the problem: 1. All VISITOR , GUEST & CUSTOMER have the same settings however only CUSTOMER can see normal price ( PRICE + my Country VAT ) GUEST & VISITOR see the price without VAT. This is very bad, many people will be unhappy to see higher price at the checkout. (Did not had this problem with previous eCommerce platform) Other info: Store is located in EU - Lithuania. Will sell only to people in Lithuania. Tax set correctly at 21% Tax Settings set to enabled and show tax in cart Tax rules ( LT Standard Rate (21%) - enabled ) Country Lithuania , State - , Zip codes 00000-99999, behavior this tax only , tax 21.00% zone - Only EUROPE is enabled Country - only Lithuania ( enabled ) Currency - Dollar , Litai ( Lithuanian ) Prestashop 1.5.3 I have tried many changes, Nothing helped for example this thread http://www.prestasho...price-with-tax/ Still not working. looking for any help asap. tdr170 Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 OOOOOps this is normal as Prestashop does not have anything to base the tax on, If i am a visitor I have no address therefor a tax rate can not be given, same for visitor. Never really thought about this much as I am in the US and here prices are shown without tax, however when a guest/visitor puts items in the cart no tax is shown, once they create an account then a tax can be levied based on their zip code.
