Product Picture Hides Text Behind It

Hello,

 

would like to ask for your help in my case, where all product pictures makes description text unreadable and hides it behind picture.

I use PS 1.5.3.1 on upgraded 1.2.5 db

I have generated pictures and moved them.

Hi,

You've got 2 options:

 

1- the easy one: reduce the large_default picture size and regenerate

2- edit the product.css file, enlarge pb-right-column, and reduce pb-left-column (it doesn't make sense, but the names are swapped the other way around for som reason!)

If I can ask you one more thing, there are few modules in PS which I dont need but cant get rid of them, can you tell me how to do that? thank you

Hello mirec, actually those modules are not actually in your store. If you search in your FTP root/modules you will not find these modules there unless you install them. Once you click install then it fetches the module from Addons and adds the files to your store.

thanks, but I dont want them even not installed cause they really messin modules. I tried to delete them but they return back somehow...weird

Hi mirec, they do not come installed. If you do not install the modules then they do not exist. Only once you click install does it fetch the actual module files from Addons. They are only there as an option to install.

As Benjamin said, those are not really there. However, you can hide the ones you want using the favorites panel, have a look at my signature, in day... I believe day 6 of the prestashop 101 tutorials series, i talk about that tab and filtering options

ok guys thanks again, I attached screen, so how can I remove this addons from this MODULES LIST? I mean completely remove them..I dont want to use them so dont want to even seen them .. Using filters is not the way I am looking for cause it doest solve my need.

thanks for very quick reply, but I edited my question completely remove it from presta, why hide or use filters , there has to be way how to do that (remove codes or whatever)
