Carrier Not Showing In Checkout Process

i just installed prestashop 1.5

setup a little bit, and testing my site http://cantiksehatalami.com/toko

at the first time, i can test checkout process and place an order

 

but something goes wrong, maybe i change some setting but i can't remember

now everytime i want to test to place an order, it's always stop at step 4

when we suppose to choose carrier, there are no carrier shown

and the next button not showing either

 

can anyone please help

if carriers are not showing then you have to review your carrier settings and confirm that a valid carrier is configured for the shipping address you are using.

thats just where i'm confused, i even install another prestashop instance in different folder and creating the exact shipping and carrier based on the sample in the new instance, but my store still give me blank carrier, and i don't have any clue

i think i found some hacked, i uploaded ordercontroller.php and order-carrier.tpl from 1.5.2 version, and everything seems working fine, but i hope presta-team correct it in the latest release
