Smudge Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 The subject says it, really: I have gone through the install wizard for my Prestashop store but I can't access the back office until 'install' is deleted and 'admin' is renamed. Unfortunately, when I try to do these operations in my FTP file manager (on Godaddy) I get a red 'failed' notice for each one. Any help VERY gratefully received!
