justinl Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 (edited) I don't mean to necro this thread, but were you able to fix this issue? I'm having a very similar problem. I'm using the First Data Global Gateway e4 - Hosted Payment Page module and when I click to configure the module and add data to it, if I click the "save settings" button inside the module configuration screen, it shows me the Fatal error (Configuration -> name Length 32) error. The thread is dead, nonetheless it could still help others : Simple fix to alter the max length when faced with this error : just changing the value of $fieldSize (line 44), in your_presta_root_folder\classes\Configuration.php did the trick for me.
