simpson7647
Hi all, I've just noticed that all the footer information including things like sitemap etc have disappeared. I'm unsure when this happened but would like to know where to find the settings / module to correct this. Thanks,

vekia
maybe problem is with something else- Sometimes modules disappears when something goes wrong with php code. Try to turn on error reporting, if you don't know how to do that, here is a tutorial: turning on error reporitng in prestashop next refresh and check your website, maybe some error will appear. simpson7647
Hi, thanks for the reply. I just changed it so the errors appeared by changing the setting to 'on'. Now i have this error message at the very top of the website: Warning: asort() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in/home/protect1/public_html/modules/tmspecials/tmspecials.php on line 57 Edited January 10, 2013 by simpson7647 (see edit history)
vekia
it's hard to say without an access to your shop, that the error you pasted is the cause of your problem. can you temporary disable this module in your back office and then, try to refresh your website and check footer section
simpson7647
Thanks for the reply, I've just done that but it doesn't seem to have changed anything regarding that area. Is there not an option that I may have turned it off accident? It's not the 'display in footer' regarding the CMS Option as I'm 100% when this was enabled, it wasn't what was displayed before. It was arranged well and had the likes of sitemap etc in it. thanks

extrahard
It's depends upon the theme that you're using. Some themes' installation require to put their modified modules into the /modules folder, so try to find folder with a "footer" word in /modules folder. If you use a default theme, then you may find the "footer.tpl" from themes/[theme-name] Or else, check if there's any Modules hooked into Footer block... simpson7647
Thank you very much for the reply. Currently in footer position, there is 'Cross Selling' and 'Product Tooltips' so nothing referring to what I'm after. I've looked through all modules and can't find anything that once enabled displays the footer as I origionally had it Any ideas? Thank,
