justkaka Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 I managed to Hook and display VIEWED PRODUCTS in the Footer.... Unfortunately, my Footer has a DARK background so the Viewed products do not show up so well. The position I actually want Viewed products is ABOVE the Confidence Block is it possible to create another SECTION like the FOOTER - just above the Footer if so - how? NemoPS Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Hi, Well, in order to do that the best thing would be to place another hook. otherwise, you can do this: Remove the openin <div id="footer">, all down to where the HOOK_FOOTER hook executes. Copy the part you just removed at the end of the blockviewed tpl it's hooking there. This way, the block will be displayed before the footer opens. Of cause, this is going to cause problems if you disable/remove the viewed products block. it's not the optimal way, it kinda tricks Prestashop...bt it works Cheers!
