Bluemoon52 Posted December 20, 2012 Share Posted December 20, 2012 Hi All I want to do is get a 'blank' basic e-commerce site running locally. I want to have a play and learn. I'm going to ftp it to my hosting company at a later date. I downloaded the files, unzipped files, what now? I have MySql installed running and have created an empty database. Am I being really thick but is there an install script or setup script I have to run? I've looking in the folders and tried a few options. Do I need apache web server or something similar what would people recomend? Mind you even if i had this it wouldn't change my original question. I have tried looking at the videos etc..I'm missing something really obvious I know... Really sorry if this is a completely dumb question.
