Prestashop back-office keeps alert missing files, website not working.

Hi,

 

I am using now a previewdns to work with my new website (i don't have a domain yet).

My address is dressmeupny.com/previewdns.com

The prestashop installed inside a folder called dressmeupny

My Installation is Ver. 1.5.2.0

 

After i successfuly installed prestashop i wanted to see the website. From some reason i am getting error The page isn't redirecting properly. I went to the back office to look for any problem and i see one message regarding magicquotes, and Changed/missing files have been detected message with Updated Files (647).

 

I checked to see if i miis this files but they are in place!

 

How can i solve this issue?

Hello yossefelbaz, I suggest that you try and install PrestaShop on a localhost first to see if it works there.

I tried it yesterday on my computer on a wamp server, it works.

Only online i am getting this problem.

 

Anyway, i contacted the hosting provider and they checked it. They said that it happens because i have no real domain, i am using previewdns. So i just setup subdomain in the domain manager and i am pointing it to my hosting account (2 different providers) and i will see if it will solve it.

 

I will update.

Hello, yes, that is the best solution. If the localhost was not working then maybe it was a bad version, that is why I asked because I was not familiar with previewdns.
