DK7684 Posted November 3, 2012 Author Share Posted November 3, 2012 well, basically Bank wire is when you instruct the bank to send money to another account and this service may carry a charge, Bank transfer is when you direct you bank the change money to another account, like current to saver, or by direct debit as in regular outgoings to standing orders.etc. I'm trying to look for the module or is there any workaround? bellini13 Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 it is still not clear what you are expecting the module to do. what information would you need to collect from the customer, or have the customer provide to you? The bank wire module that comes with Prestashop, provides your bank information (account, bank name etc..) to the customer, so that the customer can wire the funds to you. Are you looking for the module to actually perform the transfer of funds? Or just collect the information so that you can collect the funds offline? bellini13 Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 the payment provider (gateway) would be the institution that allows you to move the funds. think of paypal, yes there is a module, but the module only communicates with paypal for the movement of funds, paypal does the heavy lifting.
