kbrmin Posted November 1, 2012 Share Posted November 1, 2012 I have used paypal and prestashop for over a year and have encountered a new problem this week. When customers are placing an order (between $100-150), the page seems to "freeze up" or run and run, without processing their payment. I believe it does this on paypal's end, not my website. I have never had this issue before. Both customers were shipping to Canada as well. Do you have any advice as to what is the issue/bug? kbrmin Posted November 2, 2012 Author Share Posted November 2, 2012 Thank you for your help. From what the customers have told me, it is when they are actually paying with paypal. The blue circle runs and runs and the page does not respond. So far it has been with 3 customers from Canada, so I wonder if it has to do with it being a foreign sale?
