minh Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 In the instructions for manual upgrade it says "When updating from a version below 1.4, you must manually edit these classes. You do not have to edit classes that you didn't customize." This is very confusing. Does this mean I do NOT have to edit ANY classes if I have not customized them EVEN if when upgrading from a version below 1.4? Or do I have ALWAYS to edit ALL classes when upgrading from a version below 1.4 EVEN if I have not customized them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bellini13 Posted October 13, 2012 Share Posted October 13, 2012 It means that you have to edit classes in the new version, if you have previously made any customizations to them. So the question you must answer, on your current version, have you made any customizations to classes, controllers, themes etc... that you will need to re-apply on the new version. they will not automatically be made for you.
