After several times of purchasing or visiting to my website, some of my customer face the problem of unable to login OR show the cart is empty even though I have added some item inside. For example, one with www. and another one without www. make sure you have the store domain correctly. shokinro Posted August 26, 2012 Share Posted August 26, 2012 if you have configured the same domain for HTTP and HTTPS, then this might be not the cause of this issue. it might be something else. The issue seems very strange. Like Bemjamin suggested, if you could post your URL here, and give mode details on how to reproduct the issue, maybe someone could give you some advice.
