erlees
I'm new to Prestashop and I've followed the install instructions exactly. Install went fine and I deleted the install folder and renamed the admin file. The front office works great but when I click on back office, I get the login page. I enter the username and password and it takes me to a 404 Page not found error. Help!!

Kogkalidis
Which is your ps version? 1.5 RC1? If so, when installing, there is an error if you chose some specific languages other than english
Mike Kranzler
It sounds like there may be some missing files on your installation. You may want to compare the contents of your admin folder to a fresh copy. -Mike
erlees
Everything appears to be the same as the original file I unzipped. I'm using FileZilla, so if I want to remove everything I uploaded to FileZilla and start over, would that be ok, or would that make a bigger mess? That should be fine as long as you completely delete your database as well. If you're not comfortable doing that yourself, go ahead and call GoDaddy and they should be able to help you out. -Mike
