sedrick
HI there, I just completed the install of Prestashop and is testing the order placement method. I get the following error when I reach the 'shipping' tab of the order process. 'There are no carriers available that deliver to this address.' I am in Namibia and have setup a carrier for my country in the backoffice but still have the same error reported. Please assist - Regards Sedrick

Paulito
Good Morning icrosser, I know, it can be very frustrating when a topic is marked as SOLVED but no solution is given. However if you follow these steps below it should solve your problem: Go to Back Office > Shipping > Carriers sub tab How do I create a new carrier? Click "Add new". Fill in the fields and click "Save". You need to decide on a price range or a weight range for which the new carrier will be available. Under the "Shipping" tab, click either "Price Ranges" or "Weight Ranges". Click "Add new". Select the name of the carrier and define the price range or the weight range. For example the carrier can be made available for a weight range between 0 and 5lbs, and another carrier can have a range between 5 and 10lbs. When you are done, click "Save". Click on the "Shipping" tab. You need to set the fees that will be applied for this carrier. At the bottom on the page, in the "Fees" section, select the name of the carrier. For each zone, enter a price and click "Save". You are all set! The new carrier will be displayed to your customers. Hope this helps Paul

TGB_Beer
Hello, I will remove the solved Title. TGB_Beer have you followed perfumeskunk suggestion about Shipping? That may help Hey Benjamin... I'm using the FedEx module and can only get it to show up as a Free Shipping option even after doing all that and everythign I have read online. I've spent 4 days straight on trying to figure this out and resetting up the module 10 time and following every suggestion in every forum. My mind is blown. I'm not sure what to do at this point. :/
