Mike Kranzler
Hi Mike, What was your previous version of PrestaShop? In your config/config.inc.php file, can you please set "display_errors" to "on" and then refresh the page and let us know if you receive any error messages? -Mike
MikeMc68
I think it was 1.4.2 or something like that. I've already tried that and I get no errors at all.

Mike Kranzler
Hi Mike, Often, when this sort of issue crops up after an upgrade its usually due to some missing tables in your database. We had a bug report previously about this here. You may want to compare your database tables to those of a fresh installation of your version of PrestaShop to see if anything may be missing. -Mike

PeteAH
Hi Mike, I'll have a look at my tables tomorrow and see. Is there any way to prevent this in future?
Mike Kranzler
Hi Mike, I'll have a look at my tables tomorrow and see. Is there any way to prevent this in future? Just always make sure to not only back up all of your files, but also double-check the backups for accuracy before moving forward. This way, you'll always have something to fall back on in case something is not working properly. -Mike
