Mike Kranzler
Hi Bijan, You're running a very old version of PrestaShop, so it's hard to say exactly what the issue may be. What version of the Authorize.net module are you using? -Mike
Bijan
I think the version is 1.3 I wish there was an easy way to upgrade the shop since so much customization has been made to it. Mike Kranzler
Have you tried replacing the module with a fresh copy? It's possible you could be missing a file that is causing you these issues. -Mike
Bijan
yes I did try that. But didn't make any difference. Have you tried replacing the module with a fresh copy? Mike Kranzler
Hi Bijan, I checked directly with the developer of this module, and the issue is that Authorize.net v1.3 is not compatible with version 1.3 of PrestaShop because of the call to Javascript, which is not available in Authorize.net v1.3. In fact, this specific version of the Authorize.net is only compatible with PrestaShop v1.4.6.2 and above. I would definitely urge you to consider upgrading your store to the newest version, but if you're not willing to do that, the best suggestion I could give you would be to download a copy of 1.4.5.1 from the Dev/Old/SVN Versions link in the Community tab at the top of this page, then unzip the file and take the Authorize.net module from there. However, you do open yourself up to some potential issues by using an out-of-date version of this module. I hope this helps. -Mike
