fazer6 Posted June 13, 2012 Share Posted June 13, 2012 I gave in and then went down the manual upgrade in the end. Was surprisingly easy. I have 21 SQL errors but nothing seems major, a lot says duplicate column name, duplicate.... Anyway my shop still works, the admin panel works and shows the new version at the bottom. I am now at step 5 on this http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS14/Updating+PrestaShop#UpdatingPrestaShop-Ifupgradingfromaversionbetweenv1.3.xandv1.4.3 downloading the prestashop folder where I uploaded the updated version and will then upload it to my live /shop/ folder. If the download and upload doesn't cause any problems then that's my shop updated and I haven't even had a problem to fix or broken anything.
