[SOLVED] Translating any module in any language returns an error

Hi, as the title says, when I try to translate any module, in any language, this error message appears:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

 

What are the probably causes of this issue?

Hi ilyakar,

Are you translating these modules in your Back Office under Tools > Translations > Translation of installed modules?

Yup:

Tools -> translations -> module translations -> e.g. dutch language.

 

Once I click the update translations button, the error occurs.

 

Prestashop version: PrestaShop™ 1.4.2.5

In your config/config.inc.php file, can you please set "display_errors" to "on" and then reload the page and let me know if you receive any error messages?

I also I have the same error when I update my translations, I have turned on display errors, and only get this error.

I have prestashop 1.4.6.2

Solved, we must increase the php.ini max_input_vars
