thehandlestudio Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 (edited) Hi Team, I have downloaded the latest version of the 1.5 RC and trying to get this to install on a test server, so everything is fresh and new ( domain & database) All setting are correct when going through the installation until you get to the last screen which there is a screen shot for you to see, I am getting an error with the default shop and languages... Any help or comments on this please ??? Kind Regards, Mark. You should see many links in the console tab. Once you have the error message click on the last one. You should have some data, copy and past it in this topic. So I suggest ou fix this problem : open the php.ini file, and remove "copy" of the list of disabled functions. Then restart Apache. If you want, I can create a dev environment for you on my server and you will be able to see how it works and maybe will find a solution, because I had this bug all times I installed PS15 from the first versions. julianearl Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 For anyone else experiencing this issue I'll give you the solution that solved this problem for me. My PHP version was 5.2.17. Every time I went to install I got an error with the demo products at 63% or sometimes 75%. If I didn't install demo products it would install but then if I tried to goto SEO & URL Rewriting options I would get a Internal Server Error. I updated my PHP version to 5.3.13 and now everything works perfectly. I tested this both through MAMP on local computer and also on my hosted server. Exact same problem caused by PHP version.
