Telesight Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 (edited) I have installed PS 1.5.0.13 (prestashop 1.5.0 RC 1) succesfully on a shared host. But when I try to login the backend with the correct e-mailaddress and password, both fields are emptied and I get no message what is wrong. What to do? Edit: I can not login with Firefox 13.0. but: With Google Chrome I can enter the backend but it gives a red cross with the message "Access denied". Telesight Posted June 8, 2012 Author Share Posted June 8, 2012 In my backend I went to: My Preferences and saw the Profile selection list was empty. I simply clicked on the save button and suddenly I saw the menu entrances! The Profile shows now: SuperAdmin (and the other possibilities). I logged out and logged in again and then I see correctly the Dashbord. So there is definitely something wrong with a first login setting. I will mention this behaviour in the Bug tracker.
